This notice covers the KinDiscover coming-soon website and early-access email list. Kin Discover is responsible for this signup. For privacy questions or requests, email support@kindiscover.com. This notice does not describe the future KinDiscover application.
What you share and why
When you sign up, we collect your email address, your choice about alpha testing, and records of your signup, email confirmation, and consent. We use this information to send KinDiscover launch updates and, only if you select the optional alpha-interest checkbox, messages about opportunities to help test KinDiscover. Alpha interest does not guarantee an invitation.
Everyone who confirms their subscription joins our launch-updates group. Alpha interest is optional and is not preselected. We use double opt-in: follow the link in the confirmation email to complete your subscription. By submitting the signup with the email-consent checkbox selected, you consent to the emails described above. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
MailerLite and the security check
We use MailerLite to receive and manage subscriptions, record preferences and confirmations, and send emails. The signup is submitted directly to MailerLite; this website does not maintain a separate subscriber database. MailerLite may also process technical and delivery information, such as IP addresses, browser information, timestamps, and email delivery or interaction records. Email open and link-click information may be processed depending on the email settings used when messages are sent.
Our form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent automated abuse. Loading or using it lets Google process technical information, such as your IP address, device and browser information, and interactions used for security checks. It may use cookies or similar storage. You do not need to enable the signup services just to read this website.
MailerLite and Google load only after you choose “Enable secure signup.” Loading these services sends technical information to them even before you submit your email. MailerLite’s form library may store a browser identifier called ml_guid. We do not add the MailerLite universal tracking snippet, external fonts, or a separate website analytics service. These third-party services may process information outside your country under their applicable terms and safeguards.

How long we keep subscriber information
We retain active subscriber information without a fixed expiry while you remain subscribed, until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Each update includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops future marketing emails; it does not necessarily erase your information immediately. MailerLite may retain unsubscribe or suppression records to help prevent further emails, along with records needed for security, consent, or legal obligations.
Your choices and requests
You can unsubscribe using the link in an email or contact support@kindiscover.com to change your alpha-interest preference, request a copy or correction of your signup information, or request deletion. We may need to verify that you control the email address before acting on a request. Applicable privacy rights, including the right to complain to a relevant privacy regulator, depend on where you live.
